Phi Alpha Theta

We are Phi Alpha Theta, the university's history honor society. We seek to encourage the study of history and to recognize excellence in the field. We accomplish this through research, publications, conference participations, and visits to historical sites and museums. Additionally, we seek to bring students and faculty together for scholarly and social exchanges in a range of venues, build career development skills, and explore careers with a history degree. We also sponsor history majors by reimbursing travel fees they have when traveling to conferences.
